Contact a local winery or stop by and simply ask questions and inform the representative of what you are trying to do. Once you figure out a wine that pairs well with your dish, purchase the wine from you local winery to save money. I know there's "google" and you can do your research online but do not purchase anything before you get a sample taste and always make sure it is a reputable company.
